Reporting a problem or providing feedback

If you have any questions or problems with your order, your Pacif-i, Smart Pacifier or the apps check out the Support Center which can be located in the footer of Pacif-i.io website.

 

STEP 1:  GO TO THE PACIF-I SUPPORT CENTER

This will take you to the Support Center.  If you do not find an answer to your question, solution to your problem or you wish to provide feedback the next step is to submit a request using the button at the top of the page.

 

STEP 2: SUBMIT A REQUEST

You will then be provided with a form to fill in.  

To enable us to solve your problem or consider your feedback please include the following information

  • Your order number if you have one
  • The make and model of smartphone or tablet you are using
  • The operating system you are using (i.e., iOS 7.2 or Android 4.3).
